Pure Horizon Media provides videography, photography, and related creative services as described on our website. Specific terms, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in project agreements.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and project details.
- Secure any required permissions (e.g., property access, model releases).
- Provide media assets and approvals in a timely manner.
3. Payment & Fees
- Payment terms will be outlined in project agreements or invoices.
- Deposits (if required) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Intellectual Property
- Client Content: Clients retain ownership of their logos, branding, and materials provided.
- Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights as agreed. Pure Horizon Media
retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, marketing, and social platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a scheduled shoot may incur fees.
- Weather-related or unavoidable delays will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We strive for professional quality but are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
7. Warranties
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.
